Constitution of India - Article 21
Protection of life and personal liberty.
Article 21 of the Constitution of India states:
“No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to the procedure established by law.”
This article is the foundation for the Right to Privacy and protection against digital harm in India.
